By comparing rental income to monthly fees and costs, you can ensure that your cash flow is positive each month.

Property Flipping (Buy-Sell)

REITs, or real estate investment trusts

REITs offer a substitute for physical property ownership for those wishing to invest at real estate in Malaysia. Rental returns provide revenue for REITs, which also distribute dividends to investors.

Crucial elements for long-term rental demand and tenant attractiveness should be taken into account when buying a rental property:

Location

Pick places with thriving economies and close access to facilities like public transit, hospitals, and colleges.

Neighborhood

For young couples or families, choose safe, welcoming neighborhoods with top-notch schools.

Commute 

Consider real estate close to public transit hubs, such as LRT and MRT stations, to accommodate the increasing trend of people utilizing public transportation for daily commutes.
