The story starts with a young girl, Happy, being kidnapped by Adnan, and a mysterious man named Khushi. The two friends are separated when Happy1 is taken by the authorities. After her abduction, Happy 2 runs away to escape the gang. A man named Khushwant Singh Gill (Aman), who works at the Indian embassy, discovers the young girl hiding in a bar. He takes her to his house and tells her about the strange incident.
In this action-comedy, the gang kidnaps Happy, thinking that she is the actual Happy1. The gang believes that if they kidnap Happy, they can get a contract. Unfortunately, Happy 2 is not successful in gaining a contract with Bilal. The gang tries to kidnap other people as well, and Harpreet ends up in their crosshairs.
Happy is kidnapped in Shanghai by Chinese goons and must run for his life. But the gangsters mistakenly kidnap Happy 2 for Happy 1, and they demand a contract for their release. Javed Ahmed, the father of Bilal Ahmed, agrees to pay the ransom and save his daughter. However, he will have to face the consequences of his actions.
